1. Identity of the Service Provider
In compliance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the following identifying information is provided for the entity responsible for this website:
- Denominación social:
- [PENDING — Full Legal Name]
- NIF/DNI:
- [PENDING — NIF/DNI]
- Domicilio social:
- [PENDING — Address, City, Spain]
- Correo electrónico:
- shenvy.dev@gmail.com
- Dominios gestionados:
- shenvy.net (landing site) and shenvy.app (web application)
2. Website Ownership and Operation
The domains shenvy.net and shenvy.app are owned and operated exclusively by [PENDING — Full Legal Name], the legal entity identified in Section 1 above. Shenvy is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product developed and maintained by this entity. Any reference to "Shenvy", "we", "us", or "our" in these legal documents refers to the same entity.
3. Purpose of the Service
Shenvy is a zero-knowledge secrets manager designed for software development teams and CI/CD pipelines. The service allows users to securely store, manage, and inject environment variables and application secrets. All secret values are encrypted client-side in the user's browser before transmission to Shenvy's servers. Shenvy has no technical capability to access or read the plaintext content of any secret or environment file stored on its platform.
The service is accessible via the web application at shenvy.app and is marketed and documented at shenvy.net.
4. Intellectual Property
All content published on shenvy.net and shenvy.app, including but not limited to: software source code, compiled application code, user interface design, graphic elements, icons, logotypes, trade names, trademarks, written content, and documentation, is the exclusive property of [PENDING — Full Legal Name] or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property legislation, including the Spanish Intellectual Property Act (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/1996, de 12 de abril) and EU Directive 2019/790.
No part of the content published on these websites may be reproduced, distributed, publicly communicated, transformed, or otherwise exploited — in whole or in part — without the prior express written authorisation of the rights holder. Any unauthorised use constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.
Users who submit content to the platform (such as project names or team names) retain ownership of that content and grant Shenvy only the technical rights strictly necessary to deliver the service.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Shenvy service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. [PENDING — Full Legal Name] does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose. Users access and use the service at their own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, [PENDING — Full Legal Name] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or service interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In particular, because Shenvy operates a zero-knowledge architecture, loss of a user's
browser identity key (shenvy_identity)
— which may result from clearing browser data, changing devices, or browser storage
loss — renders the associated encrypted secrets inaccessible. Shenvy cannot recover
this key and accepts no liability for data loss arising from loss of the browser
identity key.
Where applicable consumer protection legislation (TRLGDCU) applies, nothing in this section shall limit or exclude liability to the extent such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by law.
6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The provision of information society services through shenvy.net and shenvy.app is governed by Spanish law, in particular:
- LSSI-CE — Ley 34/2002, de 11 de julio, de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y de Comercio Electrónico.
- LOPDGDD — Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales.

- TRLGDCU — Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, de 16 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios (where applicable).
For any disputes arising from the use of these websites or the Shenvy service, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the city of Madrid, Spain, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, except where mandatory consumer protection legislation requires otherwise.
